Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order total, destination, and available shipping methods. Print book shipping costs are determined by BookVault's rates. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders.
International Shipping
Print books are shipped internationally by BookVault to available countries (specific destinations vary by title and availability). Merchandise may have different international shipping options. International shipping times vary by destination (7-21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns Policy
eBooks
All eBook sales are final. Due to the digital nature of eBooks and to prevent unauthorized distribution, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for eBook purchases. Please review product descriptions, previews, and customer reviews carefully before purchasing.
Print Books
Print books may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Books must be in original, sellable condition (no writing, highlighting, excessive wear, or damage)

Books must include all original packaging and materials

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Merchandise
Merchandise (bookmarks, tote bags, gifts, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached

Items must include all original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Lost Shipments

For Print Books: If your print book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. Since print books are produced and shipped by BookVault, we will coordinate with them to resolve printing or shipping-related problems and ensure you receive a replacement.
For Merchandise: If merchandise arrives damaged or if your shipment is lost, contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
